St Carthage Church was opened by Archbishop P.M. O’Donnell on 26th June, 1966.

To celebrate our Diamond Jubilee (July, 1929 to July 1989), The Most Rev. Francis R. Rush D.D. blessed and laid a commemorative stone to mark the opening of our Church and to honour our Pastors.
