Lotte doesn’t discriminate when it comes to food: McDonald’s, pizza, whatever—all part of Lotte’s balanced diet. Every summer, her alter ego Lozzilla terrorizes festival goers with a crab impression. Don’t ask.

Baking, Netflix binging, and chilling with her pets—Cat has the most chilled hobbies ever. She’s also a qualified yoga instructor, which makes sense: we’re always relaxed when our clients are with Cat.

Alyssa’s favorite hobby is entertaining people with unbelievable stories from her life (they’re all true; trust us). The only thing equal to her SaaS experience: her experience in being sassy.

Smallest guy on the court, but this basketball MVP knows how to take the winning shot. Comparable ping pong skills, but only silver rank in League of Legends.

Newzoo’s Finnisher.
Loves dealing with our incoming leads so much he even plays lead guitar. Also, Toni comes from Finland, lives in Amsterdam, and has an Irish accent. Work that one out.

Newzoo’s Pro.
Newzoo’s Pro (a.k.a. Prolaf) because he’s the face of Newzoo Pro for prospective and current clients, but also because he interned here twice before getting his full-time gig. They say third time’s a charm!

Newzoo’s Gatecrasher.

This new-bizz wiz is a wanderer in every sense of the word. He once even wandered onto the set of Homeland while exploring Berlin (ignoring security, of course). Yes, he made it onto the show… Classic Dave.

Newzoo’s Explorer.

From scouring Amsterdam’s tiniest cobbled streets for hidden gems to diving deep into the trends our clients need to know about, exploration’s the name of the game for Tom. He also lived in Southeast Asia for almost six years, where he discovered his ‘talent’ for Asian karaoke. Talent, it seems, is subjective.

Newzoo’s Content Wizard.
A ball of sunshine and energy, she is as good at marketing strategy as she is bad at accepting defeat at the ping pong table. Hates fast food despite her surname.

Newzoo’s Ms. Style.
Guardian of Newzoo’s core identity, she keeps us in style. Secret ambition: drummer for the Pixies.

Newzoo’s Eye for Detail.
Loves live shows of unpronounceable bands, her vinyl collection, ordering tequila shots, and the Oxford comma. Secret talent: sabrage.

Newzoo’s Rae of Sunshine.
Whether she’s skipping through the office to her next meeting or giggling to herself at her desk, it’s never a gloomy day when Rae-Woo’s around.

Newzoo’s Natural.

When she’s not creating stunning visuals, she’s taking them in; this nature-lover hikes through forests, mountains, and deserts alike.

Newzoo’s Web Slinger.
Alessandro started as a freelancer working on our website, but his work was so slick, we simply had to hire him fulltime. We’d say his greatest skill is his coding, but he does cook a mean truffle risotto.

Newzoo’s Wordsmith.
This self-professed word nerd was writing about games long before we knew him. A Welsh dragon and metal head all rolled into one, he can’t fly but he can skate.

Newzoo’s Experimenter.
When Danjing’s not experimenting with the latest digital marketing innovations, she’s experimenting with the quirkiest art house flicks and kookiest indie games she can get her hands on. You’ll even find her experimenting with beer tasting, which is how she discovered sour beer is her absolute fave.

Newzoo’s Snow White.
Ali’s closest friends describe her as a modern-day Disney princess, as she’s boundlessly idealistic and always does things for ‘’the greater good’’ (not in a cultish way, though). And these heroic ideals are a blessing, as Ali’s also the guardian of Newzoo’s brand messaging and image.

Newzoo’s Hair.
Mr. Esports / Mr. Hardware / Mr. Core Gamer, take your pick. This guy has it all, including the heartiest laugh in the office.

Newzoo’s Mixer.
From mixtapes back in the early 80s, to podcast pioneer in the 00s, to Spotify playlists today, this music obsessive loves tinkering with new tech. He can also impersonate a Ukrainian rugby player to get into parties. All valuable skills, we think.

Newzoo’s It Guy.
Can fix everything except his terrible jokes. Proud owner of the office pinball high score.

Newzoo’s Game Dev.

When Tyler’s not analyzing all aspects of the game creation, he’s actively contributing to it. Before he started at Newzoo, Tyler had a 10-year stint in China building up local game studios. Unluckily for our ears, these talents don’t transfer to his bass-playing.

Newzoo’s Professional.

Niels is a pro in every sense of the word! Not only does he manage Newzoo Pro and have a pro-tier knowledge of Dutch memes (don’t ask!), but he’s also acted professionally on Japanese national TV. His character was obsessed with denim. No—that’s not a joke. You can take the man out of the Netherlands…

Newzoo’s Partner in Crime.
When she’s not reading manga or scouting for the next life-changing food experience, she levels up our partnerships. Introduces herself as “Germaican” <3

Newzoo’s Bullseye.
Rachel: a better archer than Link, more agile than Sonic, and better-read than a level-120 mage. But unlike most of the office, Rachel stays away from chocolate and sweets. But she does get competitive when she plays Mario Kart—definitely one of us…

Newzoo’s High-Flyer.

Into all thing aircrafts/aviation, Navaneeth completed his undergrad degree in Aerospace Engineering before joining our product team. Equally extraordinary: terrified of puppies but not of public speaking.

Newzoo’s Road Runner.
Lightning-fast on his motorbike but codes even faster. Gets through the tunnel where others hit a brick wall and never hits the brakes, even while facing the toughest coding challenges.

Newzoo’s Music Man.
Vocals, guitar, drums, piano, bass, producing—this developer does it all, and it’s all self-taught. Hayo originally vowed never to show off his musical skills in the office. But give him a few beers on a Friday, and he changes his tune. Literally.

Newzoo’s Clark Kent.
Multi-talented whiz kid, performs amazing feats on the down-low. Only uses his vast analytical powers for good.

Newzoo’s Ninjaneer.
Little is known about his past high-rolling banking career. His passion for tech and programming led him to us. Our perfect Q and Bond in one.

Newzoo’s Programming Performer.
When she’s not coding or playing the latest indie and shooter games on Steam, you’ll probably find Corine dancing, whether it’s jazz, vintage, or burlesque.

Newzoo’s Popstar.
Ironically, Sam Pop’s favorite music genre is rap. What Sam does obsess over, though, is all things racing: trial, drift, offroad, motorsports—if it goes around a track, he’s into it. Of course, racing is one expensive hobby, so Sam usually sticks to the virtual tracks, especially on Forza and Dirt Rally.

Newzoo’s Mr. Something

Self-taught musician, Nintendo enthusiast (perhaps a bit too competitive playing Super Smash Bros.), and HUGE Beatles fan. “Something” was the song of choice for his first dance with his wife.

Newzoo’s Best-Dressed.
The only thing more stylish than his clothes? His front-end design work. Loves coffee almost as much as he loves Tableau. Almost.

Newzoo’s Marathon Man.
Starting every day with a 5K run, Matthew also makes sure our UX and UI is running smoothly. He’s also the world’s only Dutchman who hates cheese and orders cheese-free pizzas!

Newzoo’s Too Cool for School.
Ironically, so cool there’s a volcano named after him. And ironically, still in school. Currently completing his second internship at Newzoo!

Newzoo’s Hobbyist.
From hockey to cruising Amsterdam’s canals by boat (that’s right, he’s got a boat), this front-end whizz is a man with countless hobbies. Even his programming started as a hobby.

No bug is safe when Vuk’s testing our products. When he’s not bug-squashing, you’ll find him hiking, gardening, or reading up on all things QA. And did we mention his name means ‘’Wolf’’ in Serbian?

An avid lover of both quality and canines, Milagros spends her days either finding and reporting bugs or finding and petting dogs.

Had two going away parties but never really left. Loves Excel so much, he even rows in his spare time.

Remer is a social butterfly who never says no to a beer, good food, music, or a festival with all those things. Luckily for us, he’s equally hungry for esports. And yeah, we also have no idea what his nickname’s about.

As tall as his knowledge of the global esports market runs deep. Can’t be fazed, no matter what task lies ahead.

Keeper of our global models, between running marathons and traveling the world. Loves deep diving into data almost as much as into oceans.

A self-starting personality with broad interests, from solving international data puzzles to playing any game.

This German has lived in Caracas, Montreal, and Tokyo, studied in Paris, Capetown, and Maastricht. How does he manage all this running around? His collection of 60+ rare sneakers.

Newzoo’s Cookie Monster.
He’s an avid gamer and a lover of Disney movies, spicy food, and indie rock. But more importantly, he’s our chief cookie consumer.

Newzoo’s Historian.
Tony’s such a history buff he could once name all the Byzantine Emperors—in order. Rumor has it he can still do it after a few craft beers. Even his gaming preferences are retro. Despite building a liquid-cooled gaming PC, he mostly plays pixelated games from the ’90s that could run on a potato. Classic.

Newzoo’s Jester.
Born in France and raised in California, JJ has a talent for snappy quips and for snapping amazing photographs. Also an incognito metal head.

Newzoo’s Adventurer.
Whether it’s exploring new countries (33 visited and counting!), tracking down beasts in Monster Hunter, or scoping out the craziest theme parks, Tomo is an adventurer in every sense. He’s also a keen snowboarder. He’s a little upset by the Netherlands’ lack of hills, but not enough to dampen this new Dutch adventure.

Newzoo’s Digital Overlord.
So dedicated to the cause that he created an app to check on his own happiness, which is also how we know that Magic the Gathering makes him the happiest of all.

Newzoo’s Breakdancer.
This Manchester United fan has a knack for working with numbers to see the bigger picture. He mostly hopes that picture also involves sports, dancing to hip hop, and new experiences.

Newzoo’s Machine Learning Machine.
This Python pro loves using Newzoo data to put his knowledge to the test. And despite his surname, he’s impervious to the effects of beer.

Newzoo’s Atypical Intelligence.

She’s an ace at algorithms, but we challenge anyone to develop one for her eclectic interests: knowing every bird species, reciting poems in Elvish, playing Vivaldi on the violin, touring Ireland with her band, among others!

Newzoo’s Sandman.
The bigger the project, the bigger his smile. Happily married despite his taste in 90s music.

Newzoo’s Single Player.
Hired to balance Sander’s music taste, now indispensable to the data team. Takes everything we throw at him, including 150 BPM.

Hates running unless it’s an analysis. Shows no mercy at the foosball table, unless you distract her with pizza.

Avid traveler, violinist, strategy board game enthusiast, and employee of the day within her first week. Clearly not just luck of the Irish.

Data-driven by day, disco dancer by night, wishes he could time travel to Paradise Garage’s heyday. Also enjoys Speyside single malt and David Lynch films.

Newzoo’s Mr. Hip (Hop).
A regular concert and festival attendee, when he’s not watching football or playing FIFA. With his love for Lamar and smart threads, he hops with the hippest of them.

Newzoo’s Sweetest.
No surprise: Possibly the sweetest human being on the planet also has the biggest sweet tooth. Big surprise: She’s obsessed with all things The Walking Dead.

Newzoo’s Dutchophile.
She’s lived in Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore, and London, but she fell in love with Amsterdam. Determined to settle down here, she’s currently learning Dutch and soaking up all the culture, including how to survive on her bike during rush hour!

Newzoo’s Dynamo.

Known to go the distance, and not just for Newzoo’s research team; this ball of energy once cycled 750km in five days to raise funds for cancer research.

Newzoo’s King of Culture.

Armed with a background in communications, Niklas applies his comms and culture expertise to our research. In his downtime, you’ll find Niklas researching foreign politics, food, and culture. And he almost started a rap career in Germany once upon a time. The less said about that, the better…

Newzoo’s Keeper of the Purse.
Looking for adventure, he jumped corporate ship to come sail with us. Grew up in a family business, so supporting ours is second nature.

As skilled at HR as she is at kickboxing, nothing gets past Irene: The Recruitment Machine. In typical Dutch fashion, this Groningen native is very direct in all languages, including Gronings.

When he’s not taking care of our ICT infrastructure, André’s geeking out over the latest cybersecurity tech. And thanks to his knack for fixing things, Newzoo’s coffee machine is no match for André!

Newzoo’s Sweet Tooth.
When she’s not making sure all Newzoo operations are running smoothly, Kim enjoys acting, improv training, and CrossFit. But above all else, she likes desserts. Direct quote: “I really like desserts.”

Our Russian office superstar is addicted to coffee by day and Netflix by night. When she’s not walking her two dogs, she’s learning about all things Japan and analog photography.
