The uncertainties of the continuing public health crisis mean that we cannot know at this time if we will be able to offer on-campus HLS housing as normal in the fall. We are continuing to evaluate the situation and its potential impact on our ability to welcome many students back into shared facilities. As we plan for all possible scenarios, protecting the health of HLS students, faculty, and staff, while delivering our academic programs, will remain our highest priority.

With that in mind, we are temporarily pausing the assignment of HLS housing selection windows as we work to learn more about this evolving situation. We expect to contact all HLS Housing applicants in late May to share additional information. In the meantime, we strongly encourage any student interested in securing HLS or University housing to also enter the Harvard University Housing lottery. That deadline has been extended to May 15. This will provide interested students with additional fall housing options.
