Inexpensive DIY Hairbow Holder

I made a hairbow holder out of supplies leftover from Georgia's birthday party. It was free for me to make, but if you have to go to Hobby Lobby, Michael's or another craft store, it will cost less than $10.

I used a wooden letter and wide satin ribbon. Just made a big ol' bow out of the ribbon and hot glued it to the letter. I'm awful at making pretty bows, so mine is lopsided. You can use a little bit of spray starch to make the loops on the bow stand out and also to keep the ends of the ribbon from fraying.

I really like my finished product. It matches Georgia's nursery perfectly and since the ribbon is wide, I can stick her bows on from either side of the ribbon.  Now all we need is some more hair...

I don't toot my own horn in regards to my business, Haute Smocks, very often, but we have some adorable Christmas PJs up for pre-order right now. If you don't do the Facebook sales thing, just email info@hautesmocks.com to order. They're seriously adorable!
