The draw for the Second Round of the 2019-20 William Hill Scottish Cup took place this evening during BBC Sportscene by Partick Thistle striker Kenny Miller and Ayr United striker Kris Doolan.

16 ties were drawn and they will be played across the weekend of 18-20 October 2019.

After the draw Kenny Miller said: “I’ve been fortunate enough to have some really positive memories of the Scottish Cup, winning it twice.

“You always want to lift the Scottish Cup when you’re growing up and it’s one that all the players want to do well in.

“The season finale is always the Scottish Cup Final and it’s something you book your holidays around.

“It’s an interesting draw. I would say the Auchinleck Talbot v Cove Rangers match is the stand-out. Auchinleck are high on confidence but equally Cove Rangers have started the season well so it’ll be interesting to see how the game pans out."
