Each time I land in a new country I want a push notification telling me: 1) Is the tap water safe to drink? 2) Should I tip? If so, how much? 3) Do I need cash? If so, how much per day?

2019 was a fantastic year . ~2x’d the team to 32. Hit our stretch sales goal. Co-hosted our 6th & hosted 1,000+ founders at dinners in 6 cities. As a bootstrapped co, not possible w/o the support of our colleagues, clients & community. Happy 2020!

$200,000 a year for a piece of software sounds like a lot, and it is. But it is less than the fully burdened cost of 1 employee at a public tech co. So provide a lot more value than that, and just charge $200k.

I know founders that work a ton because they love it. Some that don’t have to work a ton because their idea is so damn good. Some that work a ton because their business is operationally intensive. And some that worked long hours but the idea didn't work. There is *no* playbook.
