Jidenna

Each Friday, Billboard presents Tomorrow's Hits, a weekly look at new and noteworthy acts making their way toward Billboard chart success.

Jidenna
Jidenna makes his Billboard Hot 100 debut at No. 89 with the swanky "Classic Man" (featuring Roman GianArthur). Backed by singer Janelle Monae, via her Wonderland Records imprint (distributed by Epic), the track lifts 36-29 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs in its fourth week. Born in Wisconsin, and raised for a period in Nigeria, the nomadic singer has since resided in several stateside cites and is currently based in Brooklyn.  –Amaya Mendizabal (@Amayayayaya)

Ashley Clark
Country singer Ashley Clark is striking out on his own, thanks to a little help from superstar producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange (AC/DC, Shania Twain, Maroon 5). Clark, who previously scored chart action as part of the family groups Sons of Sylvia and The Clark Family Experience, is bubbling under Country Airplay with the Lange-produced "Greyhound." Clark's debut EP for I.R.S. Nashville is due June 9. –Keith Caulfield (@keith_caulfield)

Jasmine Thompson
British singer Jasmine Thompson's 2013 cover of Chaka Khan's 1983 classic "Ain't Nobody" (Polydor/Island) resurges life thanks to a remix by German producer Felix Jaehn, who has also revived OMI's 2012 track "Cheerleader" (up 63-47 on the Hot 100). After scaling European charts, "Nobody" continues its rise on the Billboard + Twitter Emerging Artists survey, where it leaps 34-13. –Trevor Anderson (@tanderson5569)
