About Trial Lawyers for Justice (TL4J) +
We are lawyers dedicated to helping families and victims of Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Wrongful Death, Serious Injury Accidents, Nursing Home Negligence, Insurance Bad Faith, and Medical Malpractice.
The outcome of a personal injury case will affect the rest of a person’s life. It will affect their whole family. If enough justice (money) isn’t obtained, the money runs out and the injured person and their family may suffer.
When our clients are not offered what we feel they deserve, we go to trial and ask the jury for 100% of the equal trade dollar value (ET$V) of all damages the law entitles a person to receive. Our job is to work to get our clients and their families enough justice to give them compensation for the rest of their lives.
We only get one shot at getting this very important job done. We only get one trial. Because of this we only handle a limited number of cases at a time. This allows us to give our clients the attention and respect they deserve.
Handling another human being’s case and lifetime medical needs should never be about making quick money and moving on. There is so much more to it. We deal with peoples lives and that is a big responsibility. At the end of all of our own lives we want to be able to look back proudly and know that what we did in this world truly mattered. We get closely involved with our clients and their families.
We are proud to be lawyers, committed to using the cornerstone of civil justice in this country — the jury system — to obtain full and fair compensation for individuals whose rights are at risk. We are on the side of real human beings whose rights are at risk. It is part of our mission to foster an open atmosphere of caring for people regardless of their socio-economic level of wealth, race, age, creed, religion, national origin, physical abilities, gender or sexual orientation. We never represent government entities, insurance companies, HMOs or corporations.
On civil cases (those cases where our client needs to file a claim or lawsuit against another person, company or government agency), we normally work on a contingent fee basis (meaning that we are paid for our services only from any monetary recovery obtained for our client). Thus, “affordability” should not be a concern for anyone who has been wronged and needs our help.
We look forward to speaking with you about your case, or answering any questions you may have about us or our firm.
Community Outreach +
Trial Lawyers for Justice is committed to community participation.
We encourage our attorneys and staff to become actively involved in civic and professional groups and organizations. This participation not only helps us to “give back” to our local towns and cities, but also inspires us to keep working harder than ever to represent the rights of the individuals we come to know.

We spend a lot of time getting to know our clients and their families. We visit their homes, share meals with them, and learn their hopes and their fears. Doing this is—getting to know our clients on a deep and personal level—is the only way we can truly represent them and their needs.
