While the song's lyrics are all about heartbreak and not being able to find the perfect person to be with, the song itself is an upbeat track that will get you up and dancing as soon as the intro starts.

Each of the ladies take turns singing and rapping about being one of the Lovesick Girls. With lines like, "We were born to be alone / But why we still looking for love?" the track feels like a big juxtaposition, but also makes it an anthem for all those who are unlucky in love.

Beyond lyrics, the video is also filled with awesome visuals that are in true Blackpink fashion. From the ultimate technicolor road trip to clips of the girls dealing with their respective breakups, it shows us the full spectrum of what Blackpink can do as they begin this brand new era.

Along with the new MV, they also released a behind the scenes video that shows the making of some of their other visuals that they will drop in the future.
