Ariana Grande is building anticipation for her upcoming album.

Less than a week after revealing that her sixth studio release would arrive in October, the 27-year-old pop star shared a video on social media of herself typing out the word "positions" on a keyboard in slow motion.

Grande didn't elaborate further on what "positions" means, but fans are speculating that it could be the title of her album or a new song.

The singer, who recently collaborated with Lady Gaga for Mother Monster's "Rain on Me," last released an album in 2019. Thank U, Next dropped in February that year, and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Producer Tommy Brown earlier seemingly hinted at the upcoming new album. On Oct. 10, he shared a photo of himself with Grande on Instagram and captioned it, "6****." The artist herself gave Arianators something to sing about back in September. Grande tweeted a song snippet and what appeared to be a lyric on Sept. 14.

Earlier this year, during an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, the singer noted that she had put together a home studio, but added that fans shouldn't expect new music anytime soon.

"I don't really feel comfortable putting anything out right now, because it's just like other than this, it's a really tricky time for all of that," Grande explained.
