Plans for office space alterations, at an estimated cost of $90,000, in the City Bank Farmers Trust Company building at 22-24 Exchange Place have been filed with the Department of Housing and Buildings by Vahan Hagopian, architect, for the owner, the National City Bank of 55 Wall Street.
