Sandister is currently a multimedia journalist at Citi FM. She is also a digital journalism trainer who has facilitated workshops for newsrooms and programmes including YALI, Voice of America and iJourno Africa. She trains people to edit Wikipedia and coordinates the activities of the Wikimedia Ghana User Group a community of Ghanaians who edit Wikipedia – a group which she co-founded. She runs a mental health support group called Purple People.
