The International Monetary Fund reveals Iraq's submission of a request for "emergency" financial aid
The International Monetary Fund announced that it had received an emergency aid request from Iraq, indicating that talks are ongoing between the two parties in this regard.

Tishwash: An alert from an economist: Iraq will lose 3 quarters of its hard currency holdings within 3 years in this case
The specialist in economic affairs, Ali Jabbar Al-Freji, warned that Iraq would lose 75% of its hard currency holdings as negative consequences for the borrowing policy.
Al-Freiji said in a press statement that "the monetary reserve from the foreign currency of Iraq will drop to 14.3 billion dollars in 2024, if the government continues to borrow."
He added that "the Bloomberg International Economic Agency issued an annual report indicating that the Iraqi economy suffers from many disturbances, accompanied by financial mismanagement, according to the readings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank."
He pointed out that "the Iraqi governments, if they continued with the same approach and manner of managing the country's capabilities and wealth and continuing to borrow, the rate of Iraqi foreign exchange reserves would drop from 53.4 billion dollars to 14.3 billion dollars in 2024."
Al-Freiji called on the government to pay attention to this issue, reduce external borrowing, restore the country's strategic plans for the coming years, and maximize the state's non-oil financial resources.

He added, “The meetings between the Kurdish delegation and the Finance Committee will continue for an additional two days, to answer the inquiries that the members of the Finance Committee have.”
He explained, “The regional government is responding effectively to the course of the meetings in Baghdad, in order to try to persuade the members of the Finance Committee to vote on the region’s share, since the budget and the region’s share came out of the government’s hands and became the hands of the parliament, and therefore the most important thing for Arbil to convince the Finance Committee and then the heads of the blocks.” Parliament. ”

It makes sense, but that doesn’t make it easy.
I have to admit that appreciation has not been a natural attribute for me. In my more ambitious days when I believed that excess was not enough, gratitude seemed like a form of surrender and a very poor life strategy. After all, if you’re satisfied with the way things are, you’ll never make them better.
What a pity I had to reach my 50s before I began to appreciate appreciation. I finally began to see that it was irresponsible and irreverent not to realize how many things I should feel grateful for. I also came to realize how good it feels to acknowledge how good I have it.
Real gratitude is much more than politeness, like saying thank you when someone passes the salt or conveys good wishes; it’s a deeper psychological state of genuine thankfulness.
Whether we believe whatever good fortune we have is the product of our own labor and talents, random luck, or a gift from God, the fact remains that each of us could spend a full day identifying all the things that merit gratitude.
According to an old proverb, “If you never learn the language of gratitude, you’ll never be on speaking terms with happiness.”
I’m still a beginner, but it’s true; the more I appreciate, the happier I am. That’s a lesson I want my children to learn.

No matter how many people say something is true you can find just as many who say it is false.
We live in times of chaos and uncertainty and usually gravitate whichever direction that comes closest to justifying our perceptions of what we believe to be reality. Discerning the actual truth becomes a very frustrating exercise in mental chess. But there are certain things that can be identified as an “absolute truth”. Water is wet, the sky is high, food keeps us alive and shelter keeps us dry. One absolute truth that we all can engage in is helping others is beneficial to your soul. It doesn’t matter what status in life you may exist in or what resources you may have at your disposal, we are all blessed with the capacity to help others. You don’t have to be wealthy to give. The smallest gestures of goodwill can have the most profound effects. Shoveling a sidewalk, cutting your neighbors grass, helping someone change a tire, holding a door for someone, helping someone carry their groceries or just being friendly to a stranger in need of friendship can change the outlook of those otherwise living in chaos and uncertainty.
As we wait for governments to clean up their chaos, the GCR/RV to readjust the global financial systems and humanity to awaken in the populous of the world we should all be doing our own individual part in making the world a better place. It is the small things accumulated that make the bigger things possible. Do what you can when you can with what you have at your disposal. A smile, a kind gesture or action doesn’t cost you anything and is always beneficial to both parties. You may find yourself surprised at how life becomes clearer and more livable when you act selflessly. You don’t need superpowers to be a hero. You don’t even have to have a heroic job. Small, kind acts can bring great happiness to others. A moment of your time can bring sunshine to anyone’s cloudy day, making you’re their hero, even for just a moment.

Just watched Mr. Fleming's video. You were not there, Mr. Fleming, when the Elders told the Treasury they were going to pay 1 to 1 for Zim. You don't know what the Elders claimed there was available on the QFS to pay. The Elders know exactly how many Zim holders there are and how much Zim they have. They would not say they would pay 1 to 1 if they did not think there was enough funds to cover it. When I say there are thousands of zeros available on the QFS I mean there are thousands of zeros. It is actually unlimited but our puny 3D brains and lack mentality can't understand that.
The Zim are not the only bonds that were printed. They are the bonds we know about but there are other bonds printed for quadrillions and even quintillions.

An Iraqi parliamentary delegation headed by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi will head to the State of Kuwait on Sunday, according to a parliamentary source.
The source told Shafaq News, "The delegation includes deputies from different political blocs, most notably Adnan Al-Zarfi, Ala Talabani, Muhammad Al-Karbouli, Rami Al-Skiny and Laith Al-Dulaimi."

A deputy reveals an amount of 54 billion dinars owed by the international coalition forces for two hotels in Baghdad

Member of Parliament, Representative Jamal Al-Muhammadawi revealed, on Sunday, more than (54) billion dinars owed by the international coalition forces in favor of two large hotels in the capital, Baghdad, calling for their urgent recovery.
Al-Muhammadawi said in a press release received by Shafaq News; We sent an official letter to the Office of the Prime Minister / Iraq Funds Recovery Team, and we previously addressed the Ministry of Culture with a parliamentary question on (12/14/2020) regarding the amounts owed by the International Coalition Forces for the benefit of the Rasheed and Babil Tourist Hotels, which amount to (54,850) million dinars (fifty-four billion) Eight hundred million dinars), according to the reports of the Federal Office of Financial Supervision.
Al-Muhammadawi demanded "a statement of the procedures of the Prime Minister's Office / Fund Recovery Team regarding these sums." So here we see too that the Kurds showed up today in respect to their share of the 2021 budget. They are also talking about they have six months of back pay coming to them.
We have heard they were in agreement on taxation on salaries too, and not just with the kurds in mind. Taxation on salaries will be applied country wide. Hence, the aggreements made will be sorted through the new value added..

Shafaq News, as saying that if the spending plan in the budget is approved by the Iraqi parliament, then Baghdad will be able to apply for a quick loan of two billion dollars through a special mechanism in the IMF dedicated to supporting the economies of countries.

Parliamentary Finance proposes to apply the income tax law in case the salaries of employees are deducted

The Parliamentary Finance Committee proposed, on Saturday, to refer to the Income Tax Law and apply it in the event that employees' salaries are deducted instead of what is included in the upcoming budget law.
Committee member, Majida Al-Tamimi, according to the official agency, said, "The Finance Committee and Parliament in general reject these large deductions for employees' salaries," noting that "the deductions in the budget came under the title of the Income Tax Law."
And Tamimi added, "As for whether the deductions will be retroactive during the current year, the budget law is applied from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette."
Last Wednesday, the House of Representatives discussed the draft general budget bill for 2021, while confirming the continuation of the debate during today's session, Saturday. LINK

As of today ... for the first time Syria is offering a 5,000 denomination banknote for circulation

The Central Bank of Syria issued the 5000 Syrian Pounds denomination for the first time in Syria two years ago, and it was put up for circulation starting today, Sunday, January 24, 2021.
In a post on its official Facebook page, the bank said in a statement, “Based on the role of the Central Bank in monitoring the market and securing its needs of all denominations of banknotes, and based on studies it carried out during previous years and its development of a plan to ensure the needs of cash circulation of all categories, The need for a category of cash greater than the current circulating denominations with a value commensurate with the needs of cash circulation, two years ago, he printed notes of (5,000) Syrian pounds to meet the expectations of the actual trading needs of banknotes in a manner that ensures facilitation in cash transactions, reduces their costs and contributes to facing the effects of Inflation, which occurred during the past years, in addition to the reduction in the intensity of dealing in banknotes, due to the high prices during the years of war and the unfair siege on our beloved country and the gradual disposal of damaged banknotes, especially since the wear and tear has increased recently.
Accordingly, the Central Bank of Syria found that the time has become appropriate, according to the current economic variables, to introduce the new monetary category, thus adding a new currency denomination that will be traded side by side with the rest of the cash denominations currently in circulation as of 01/24/2021. At a price equivalent to the salary of an employee for 8 years ... "iPhone 12" does not recognize the Caesar Law in Syria, and the bank, in its publication, clarified and explained the method of detecting the real new currency in order to prevent its forgery.
It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Syria several years ago printed new banknotes and put them in circulation in denominations (50 - 100 - 200 - 500 - 1000 - 2000) Syrian pounds, where the banknotes of the category (2000) SP were printed in 2015 and it was done. It was put into circulation in the second half of 2017 when the Central Bank touched the actual market need for the 2000 SP denomination. It is worth noting that Syria is going through a bad economic situation, and a great cost of living under the unjust US blockade on it, accompanied by the high price of the US dollar compared to the Syrian pound, as its price on the black market has become about 2,800 pounds per dollar. As an airman and flight engineer in the USAF where I served for almost 18 years I have to clarify Kat’s latest post. Kat, no disrespect just being helpful. Keep up the great work and I do love reading your posts.
Here’s the definition of a TFR in the way I believe you meant it to be.
A TFR is a temporary flight restriction. TFRs are issued by NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) and only appear for specific reasons. The biggest concern for pilots is the fact that a TFR can pop up without much warning. Pilots must check for their presence before every flight. Terrain Following Radar is another type of TFR but in this case of your post it wouldn’t make sense to use it.

As a special last minute addition, Charlie Ward’s Telegram channel posted the entire transcript of a Monkey Werx video I'd included in this blog. It's a very exciting bit of information that will definitely lift Spirits.
As well I enclose a brilliant piece of writing that perfectly outlines exactly where we are right now. It was written by “GhostEzra” who is on Telegram, an/onup and Twit/ter.

Monkey Werx put out a great video yesterday underscoring the faux-ness but also giving exciting news re President Trump. Just as I was finishing this blog I discovered that Charlie Ward’s Telegram channel posted the entire transcript of Monkey’s video. I’m dropping it in here. Thank you, Charlie Ward team!!
... spur you on a little. It's kind of exciting, because if you see some data about what's going on in Washington, and you read the news about Biden coming to Washington on a private jet, everything starts to make some sense in this sea of absurdity that we're in right now.
So, the data: Joe Biden was denied the right to a government plane, so he flew to Washington for the inauguration on a private plane. Why did this happen? This is the first time in history that a president has been denied the use of Air Force One or one of the government planes for an inauguration. Trump used it in 2017 when he flew to the inauguration. He arrived on board under the number 757 09-0017.
If you remember, the other day, when the inauguration was held, there was a temporary restriction on flights, in fact, this big red circle (on the map) over West Palm Beach means that Trump was there. This is a common thing for presidents. Even Bush, who has been out of office for a long time, still has it (the TFR on the map glows red). So if you look at north Dallas on this map, this little red circle right here is a VIP for George Bush. That's where he lives, that's where he lives.
So, during the Trump administration, we had a TFR (approx. transl.- Terrain Following Radar-Terrain Tracking Radar is a military aerospace technology that allows a low-flying aircraft to automatically maintain a relatively constant altitude above ground level and therefore makes it difficult for enemy radars to detect), which was over the White House, and then we had TFR, over Manhattan, over Trump Tower. This was his second location.
At Mar-a-Lago he has (on the map) there was a yellow circle. On January 20, it was constantly glowing red there. And now it's no longer there. So, last night, this TFR disappeared, which means that Trump is not in Florida. The TFR over New York has also disappeared. So, where does this lead us?
I want to show you something, because it's important. This was the inaugural day flight, which was a C-17 aircraft with the call sign "712 Tango". This plane actually flew from Charleston (military base) to Palm Beach, and it flew on the same route that I'm going to show you.
He flew to DC in 16 hours 13 minutes, landed in Charleston in 8-23 in the evening. He was in Washington this afternoon. (note. transl. - The video at 4:16 shows the "loop" that the plane made). Now you can see that it goes down and really, lands, parks. They took the same route on the day of the inauguration. And I think it was a training exercise for what they were going to do.
We are now moving to the C-17 aircraft with the call sign "713 Tango".
When this plane takes off from Mar-a-Lago, the time limit on flights is lifted, which means that Trump is on this plane, he is "taken out" (approx. transl. – he uses the word "exfil" more than once, in the language of the military it means extraction, as well as exfiltration - the process of removing personnel when it is necessary that they are immediately moved from a hostile environment and brought to an area occupied or controlled by friendly personnel.
The video at 4:55 shows the flight path. When the green color changes to white, it means that the plane has landed. He stayed there for about an hour and then flew in the opposite direction, making a kind of "loop"). Technically, there was supposed to be a second flight from Washington to Charleston, but that didn't happen. Also pay attention to the time of day. 11: 26 pm - they did all this at night, he was taken out in the dark.
Now let's look at the logbook. It landed in Washington at 20: 20: 20. Took off at 21: 16: 26. (And then landed in Charleston at 23: 26). If you calculate the time spent in the parking lot, it is exactly 56 minutes and 6 seconds. This is important because the anonswill take this timekeeping and calculate: 5 + 6 + 6 = 17. Trump could have been flying anything, but instead he was flying the C-17.
Now you may recall that Pence was actually on a C-17 not so long ago when a bird got into his plane, and the C-17, which was in the Navy's charge at the time, was converted to Flight Number Two. For those who do not know what kind of plane it is, it is a large military transport aircraft designed to transport troops and military equipment. But it can also carry other cargo.
You could see how the C-17 accompanied Trump everywhere, moving all of his vehicles, Marine One (approx. transl. - Marine One-the call sign of any U.S. Marine Corps aircraft carrying the President of the United States. Typically, this is one of the 19 helicopters of the HMX-1 "Nighthawks" air squadron — either a relatively large VH-3D or a more modern VH-60N) and the like.
So if Biden, who became the new president, is denied a government plane. Think about it. Now, if Trump is technically no longer president, he should also be denied a military plane. So why do they put him on a C-17 military plane, take him to Washington, he sits on the ground for less than an hour, 56 minutes and 6 seconds, and then, he could get out there and go somewhere, there are several bunkers, but I don't see him flying to Washington.
And the reason I say that is because there is some data.
I just read an article yesterday that they're asking for another 26,000 troops to be deployed to the District of Columbia. Now, keep in mind that there are currently 65,000 soldiers in the District of Columbia, and some of them have gone home. They said they were going to keep 7,000 for 30 days, but I saw that yesterday there was a request to the Pentagon that asked for another 26,000. Right now, they say it will be in the first 30 days. This is important because, if you remember, Mike Flynn's last post was about 30.
Now let's take a look at what's installed in Charleston. This base is an official naval base, but it has been converted into a multi-purpose federal complex (231 acres) with 17 government and military tenants, as well as a home port for 6 Ro-Ro Reserve Force ships, 2 Coast Guard security boats, and 2 research ships. So the number 17 comes up again and again, and I think there's a reason for that.
So I honestly think that at the moment Trump is exfiltrated. He's gone. I can assume that it is in a safe location, probably outside of the continental United States. It was hidden.
Let's just keep an eye on what's going on, because things aren't what they seem, and I don't think this is the end. In fact, I think it's far from over.
