The Clinical Engineering Society of Ontario aims to unite the members of the Clinical Engineering and BMET professions, and encourage their professional development through our conference sessions on current topics and the educational seminars at the conference.
CESO is dedicated to ensuring that clinical engineering services provided by its members in the Province of Ontario are delivered in a safe and ethical manner, and to represent, advocate and advance the professional interests of Clinical Engineers and Biomedical Engineering Technologists and Technicians in the Province of Ontario.
CESO Communications
CESO primarily uses a listserv to communicate to its members. Messages about upcoming meetings, conferences and other useful information will be distributed this way. To join, email listserv+owners (at) ceso.on.ca, and explain your involvement in Clinical Engineering in Ontario. You will then be invited to the listserv (powered by Google Groups). Once joined please feel free to send e-mail to the group to share information or to ask a question of the group.
CESO also uses Twitter and Facebook to quickly communicate with its members. You can use that platform to share your favorite moments, tweet about future topics that you would like to see at our next Conference!
We are currently trying out the Slack tool for communication and discussion among members. If you would like to use Slack please download the app for your phone or computer. At this point, you must receive an invitation to join CESO's Slack discussion group. Go to the contact page and send a quick message with your name, e-mail address and affiliation and you will be sent an invite to join. Please see Contact for more information.
