UPDATE: The Clipper Customer Service Center in Downtown Oakland has reopened in a temporary location in the lobby of AC Transit General Offices at 1600 Franklin in downtown Oakland.
At the temporary location, you can:
- Apply for a new or replace a Clipper card
- Add fare products to your Clipper card
- Purchase BART tickets (Senior and Disabled only)
- Renew RTC card or report lost/stolen (no new applications accepted at this time)
Regional Transit Connection Senior/Disabled Discount ID Card:
We accept applications for new or lost cards, and renewals for the RTC program. For detailed information on the RTC program please visit RTC information on 511.org.
