'That's not what we're about!' Angeline Walker is sent into a rage after her husband Bob turns on her during an intense final meeting on Wife Swap

Tensions were high during Thursday night's premiere episode of Wife Swap Australia.

The Duncan family, based on the Gold Coast, and the Walker parents, who are from country NSW, swapped lives for a week.

But when the couples reunited for 'Judgement Day', things became heated between Angeline Walker and her husband Bob.

Tenille Duncan was determined to set up a schoolroom and teach the children how to count and read.

During the final meeting, the fitness fanatic mother told Angeline she was shocked to learn the kids didn't attend school.

'I couldn't get my mind around unschooling,' Tenille said.

Angeline's husband Bob also seemed to be on Tenille's side adding: 'They actually all enjoyed it.'

'I personally would like to see changes, especially with the basics like reading and learning maths,' he continued.

An unimpressed Angeline snapped back: 'I don't think I'm keen on that actually,'

'I think we need to sit down and have a chat,' Bob replied. 'No, I don't,' Angeline said.

After returning home, the couple continued arguing about whether their eight kids needed to attend school.

'If they want to do school that's fine but that's not what we're about,' Angeline said.

'No, that's what you're not about, because I am kind of about that,' a frustrated Bob concluded.
