AAA to rebrand as Solidarity
Move is seen as an effort to broaden its appeal to voters
The Anti-Austerity Alliance (AAA) is to change its name to Solidarity in an effort to broaden its appeal to voters.
This is the same name as the Polish trade union which played a key role in the downfall of that country’s communist regime.
The Sunday Business Post understands that some members of the AAA were unhappy about changing its name.
