MLB Tickets FAQs

You can purchase tickets on MLB.com or individual club websites by clicking the "TICKETS" icon or "BUY TICKETS" button on any club page or in the MLB Ballpark app. Follow the steps through the purchase to select your seats via an automated Best Available option, or choose to select your seats on map, if available. If you have general ticket information question, please refer to each individual club's website.

You can order tickets for any team's away games (games at visiting ballparks) by accessing the schedule and clicking the "TICKETS" icon for the game you wish to attend. You will be sent to the home club's ticketing system, which will allow you to purchase tickets, if available.

If there is no TICKETS icon then tickets are not currently available for the game. Please continue to check back as tickets sometimes become available at a later time.

Some clubs allow you to buy tickets to more than one game at a time. If so, there will be an option to "Add Another Game." If you select this, your tickets will be added to your shopping cart and you can continue to shop for more tickets.

In addition to a webpage that confirms your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been completed. The email confirming your order should arrive soon after purchase, but due to network traffic could take longer. If you have any questions, please email the club that you have purchased tickets from.

Tickets sold on MLB.com and the team websites are subject to a per-ticket convenience charge and per-order charge.
