Throughout the privileged position that we have enjoyed of running 15 years of Ultimate Power so far, the enjoyment and satisfaction of our customers has been paramount to every decision we’ve made. Without that our club is nothing and at the heart of this has to be the safety of our customers.
For all events: please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms. Please wear a face mask if you wish to do so, and respect the choices of others.
For our initial London and Manchester events, we are requesting Covid Passes at point of entry to our clubs, which can be obtained through a negative LFT or PCR test, having existing antibodies or through having a second Covid-19 vaccine dose 14 or more days before the event.
Covid passes are obtainable through the NHS app which can be downloaded through any smartphone app store. Once logged in you can request to get a Covid pass and the options to retrieve one will be provided by the app.

We will check all passes externally at our venues, please arrive with your pass ready. We will of course welcome people purchasing tickets on the door, so if you think you might like to attend, please get a pass ahead of time just in case.
We understand we are asking our customers to follow extra steps at this point and we need you more than ever. So if you have any questions or queries please reach out to us directly online and we will do everything we can to help you obtain passes. If you are unable to obtain one, have Covid-19 symptoms or test positive, reach out online without attending the club in person. We will of course provide ticket transfers to later dates or refunds depending on preference.
