I just moved into a new apartment and really needed a new broom. I bought this broom because of so many of the good reviews. Honestly, it didn't disappoint. It was really easy to put together. I couldn't get the connectors to go all the way in and it works just as well without the tan connectors. Maybe they're supposed to make the broom longer, but I'm a shorty so it works just fine for me. I don't have any heavy duty sweeping that needs to be done around my studio so the broom is perfect.
I was a little concerned about how much space the broom would occupy since I have a studio but it fits perfectly between the fridge and the wall.

Having the cleaner feature on the dustpan is great! Having a dog, I used to always find myself grabbing the globs of hair off of the dustpan. That’s not necessary with this combination. The “teeth” on the dustpan are great at cleaning off the broom. (Although I do find myself having to clean the dustpan, but that’s AFTER I use it as opposed to having to stop to do it a few times during sweeping)
The broom has few bristles, making it easier to clean as it’s not as full and tight as most brooms.

The company sent me out another set & both the broom & dustpan work beautifully. (My first set needed the plastic tube/supports to be pounded on til a click sound occurs, meaning they are secure... then the pole piece could be screwed in , but I didn’t know this.)
The company reached out to me, sent a tutorial & a new set out (which they didn’t have to do).
Amazing customer service!! They followed through & maintained great communication. For their customer service alone I would give them 5 stars.
The broom is secure & the bristles are flexible enough to get the sand, crumbs and dirt up off my hard wood floors easily. I am 5’8” and the broom height is perfect. The top of the broom is chest level to me. (But my daughter who is 5’4” says the broom is comfortable for her too).
The dust pan is the best! Easy to maneuver, the comb works great for removing hair & lent. It dumps into my garbage pail without losing the contents. The dust pan is very stable.
This is a well made product & makes sweeping a breeze. I highly recommend this set.
