Nope. Trans women, as people seeking gender reassignment are legally treated as their intended gender, and can only be excluded from single-sex facilities of their intended gender by virtue of special-case exemptions.

Only if they are seeking gender reassignment surgery is their characteristic protected under law - many men aren't bothering to seek GRS anymore and just identifying as women, so under the law they aren't protected.
