Big Sean has just joined the L.A. Leakers to light up their Freestyle #122 over Drake’s “Love All” and Kanye West’s “Hurricane,” as well as Nardo Wick’s “Who Want Smoke??”

Joined by Hit-Boy, Big Sean stepped into the L.A. Leaker studio and absolutely tore the mic for nearly nine minutes. Rapping on four beats total, Sean opened with a smooth set of bars over Jay-Z’s “Dear Summer,” reflecting on the last time he was with Kobe Bryant, how he deserved to get Nipsey Hussle’s last verse on “Deep Reverence,” and expands on his distrust with America’s power systems.

Then Sean gets into his mogul bag as he starts to spit over Drake’s “Love All,” expanding on how he’s the backbone of his family who tries to support everyone. The Detroit rapper also airs out his gripes about not getting publishing checks from some of the icons he’s worked with when he raps, “What has the game done to you, Sean?/A lot of songs I wrote for icons that I still ain’t even get publishing on, and some of them up more than me/I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they wrong.”

Before ripping into Nardo Wick’s “Who Want Smoke??,” Sean also spit his unreleased verse on Kanye West’s “Hurricane.”

Overall, Big Sean put on a lyrical exercise in his L.A. Leakers debut. Watch the full freestyle up top.

Sean also shared a little history with fans, saying, “Donda signed my advance check on God, that’s how long we been at this.”
