The protective committees recently organized for holders of bonds and common stock of the Paramount Publix Corporation have sent out letters requesting the deposite of the various securities before the hearing in the United States District Court for the southern district of New York on March 17, at which it will be determined whether the receivership for the company will be made permanent.
