An interesting lease near Times Square, which marks the final passing of one of the oldest mercantile houses on Eighth Avenue, was closed yesterday in the leasing by James Duignan from Heyman Vogel of the plot at the southwest corner of Eighth Avenue and Forty-second Street, including 655 and 657 Eighth Avenue and 300 West Forty-second Street.
