''Ain't Misbehavin','' a revival of the 1978 musical celebrating the music of Fats Waller, will close after the Sunday matinee on Jan. 15, at the Ambassador Theater. The show, which was directed by Richard Maltby Jr., will have had 8 previews and 176 regular performances.
