Just how good Smaaken’s Dutch-style waffle sandwiches are can be hard to wrap your head around until you’ve tried them: a crunchy sandwich with fillings both familiar and funky. For sweet, the bacon and maple butter option will make you forget all about bacon maple bars. Find a second location at The Barley Pod, Food Carts & Beer Garden.
