Product top is not well made; gently maneuvering the propane storage an entire piece broke off. Over 2 months of owning it the paint is also chipping and there are more hairline cracks surfacing where it broke. This one definitely had some casting blemishes; not what I’d expect from a $400.00 purchase. I’m hopeful the company sends me a new top. The main unit is wonderful, but the touch up paint they sent along is 5 shades darker than the actual color of the pit. They could have tried to match it better. Also much shorter than the photo leads you to believe.

The chips I may be able to cover with the provided touch up paint so it doesn’t look bad. The overall quality for a $400 purchase I would have hoped to be better.
I notified the company and asked for a replacement. I’m satisfied with the look and am sure it operates okay. Just got it today and waiting to hear back from the manufacturer before setting it up to use

The packaging was not damaged but the styrofoam inside was in pieces leading me to believe there was no care in packaging prior to shipping. The top of the pit was chipped in several places around the top. The heating tray just below the burner has a large dent in it. This shouldn’t affect the performance but the is an indication of the lack of care shown to customer satisfaction. Good looking fire pit. Hose is long enough for us to be able to hide the covered propane out of sight in the bushes. We put in different lava rocks than the ones provided because we wanted a different look.
