This supplement contains calming herbs such as ginger and valerian, rhubarb and peppermint to aid digestion and slippery elm to soothe and comfort. Can be given long term to susceptible pets or short term to settle the digestion before a specific event or car journey. Delivery: Orders received in head office by 3pm are normally despatched same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are despatched the next working day.

Orders over 2kgs are sent via overnight courier Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders under 2kgs are sent via Royal Mail first class post.

All orders below the order value of £50 (exc.VAT) will be subject to a £3.33 (Ex.Vat) delivery charge.

LOSS AND DAMAGE: Very occasionally deliveries may be damaged or lost during transit.  Should your order arrived damaged or with any shortages we must be informed within 14 days and a replacement will be sent to you immediately.

Please note that all packaging relating to damaged deliveries must be kept for one month as the delivery agent may wish to inspect it. In cases of non-delivery a replacement will only be sent when 7 days from the dispatch date of the original order has lapsed.

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS: Please check you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as you receive your order. If you ordered the incorrect goods, we will exchange them providing the incorrect item is returned to us within 14 days in good condition and are un-opened. In such cases you will be subject to an additional postage charge in order for us to send the correct goods to you.

Dorwest Herbs offer a free replacement policy within 6 months of the purchase date. Dorwest Herbs will replace any Dorwest Herbs product FREE OF CHARGE for identical products, or different products to the value of, within 6 months of the date as  shown on the purchase invoice providing the tamper seal is intact and the product is in a good resale able condition. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Before returning any goods to us you must contact us to be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
