Shift Codes are staples of the Borderlands franchise, acting as one-time redeemable codes that provide access to a chest of high-tier loot. These are periodically shared out through Gearbox's social channels, and we've compiled all of them on this page for your convenience!

What Shift Codes Do and How to Redeem Them

For Wonderlands, these Shift codes unlock Skeleton Keys that can be used on the golden chest in the center of Brighthoof but can only be used once. You'll be provided with a selection of gear that is set at your current level, so you'll need to make a choice if you haven't reached Level 40 yet. Use a key to gain some powerful gear to help you progress, or save your keys to reap the highest level rewards for endgame content. You can redeem the codes and keep the keys indefinitely, so don't worry about your keys expiring. The codes on the other hand do expire, so if you want the maximum amount of keys, keep checking back to this page regularly for the latest updates.

To redeem a Shift Code, head to the Social section on the main menu or the pause menu in-game, then move to the SHiFT tab and you'll see an input area for 'Code Redemption'. Input the code without spaces and, if entered correctly, you'll unlock the associated reward.
