K-12 Testing Program Data

The Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), in partnership with Concentric by Ginkgo Bioworks (Ginkgo), is offering COVID-19 testing services at no cost to all K-12 Schools across the Commonwealth, with the exception of schools within Philadelphia county, for the entire 2021-2022 school year.  A list of schools that submitted a Statement of Assurances form, indicating interest in the testing program, is available below and will be updated each week on Wednesday.

Note: The testing program data only represents those schools that have opted in to testing. There is an onboarding process once a school submits a Statement of Assurances which can take several weeks to complete. This onboarding process includes developing a school and site specific testing plan, communicating the plan with the school community, staff training and ensuring individual consent is received and documented for participants.  Additionally, any conclusions from these data should account for the unique testing plan for each school, varying levels of consenting participants, and type of testing among other factors.
