Hemamalini and Dharmendra have two children namely Esha Deol (1981) and Ahana Deol (1985). Esha has acted in a south film 'Yuva' under Maniratnam's direction.

She is now marrying a Hindu Tamil filmmaker Vignesh Shivn after being in a relationship for so long.

Still, there are a few actresses such as Monica and film celebs such as Yuvan Shankar Raja, who has converted his religion to Islam and got married for the third time to a new girl named Zafroon Nisa.
