3 Vikings Listed 'Out' on Final Week 1 Injury Report for 49ers Game

EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings listed three players as "out" on Friday's injury report heading into Week 1's game against the San Francisco 49ers at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Tackle Aviante Collins (elbow), center Pat Elflein (ankle/shoulder) and RB Roc Thomas (ankle) were ruled out.

Collins was first placed on the injury report on Thursday and was a limited participant in practice for Thursday and did not practice on Friday.

Elflein (ankle/shoulder) was a limited participant in practice all week.

Thomas (ankle) did not practice Wednesday and Thursday and was a limited participant on Friday.

Cornerback Xavier Rhodes (hamstring) was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday. Rhodes practiced as a full participant on Friday and is listed as questionable.

Cornerback Mackensie Alexander (ankle) did not participate in practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. He is listed as doubtful for Sunday.

Wide receiver Stacy Coley (groin) was a full participant in practice this week and is expected to play.

Tackle Riley Reiff (foot), was limited during practice this week and is expected to play.

Cornerback Marcus Sherels (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice and a full participant on Thursday and Friday. He is expected to play on Sunday.

For the San Francisco 49ers, tackle Erik Magnuson (hamstring) did not participate this week and is listed as out. LB Dekoda Watson (hamstring) was added to the injury report on Friday as a limited participant and is listed as out.

Garry Gilliam was a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday and is expected to play.

Linebacker Malcolm Smith (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice this week and was listed as doubtful. Safety Jimmie Ward (quad) was a full participant on Thursday and Friday and is expected to play.
