Under the most auspicious circumstances THE NEW YORK TIMES this morning begins publication from its new home at Times Square. The lights in its Park Row headquarters in the old News Building went out for good, so far as THE TIMES is concerned, in the early morning hours yesterday after the last edition of Sunday's paper had gone to press.
