LAFC announced today that the Club has loaned midfielder Francisco Ginella to Club Nacional de Football of Uruguay’s First Division. The deal, which begins immediately, is a 12-month loan agreement.

“Francisco is a young player with a bright career ahead of him, and we are grateful for his contributions to LAFC success since his arrival,” LAFC Co-President & General Manager John Thorrington said. “This move provides a great opportunity to play important minutes in a strong league in his home country.”

Signed on Dec. 16, 2019 using Targeted Allocation Money (TAM), Ginella has played in 15 games (5 starts) in 2022, registering one assist in 440 minutes.
