What’s the ‘speech or debate’ clause cited in Georgia probe?

There seems to be a double standard with the election. Only one side can call foul.
I still remember video of an "emergency", observers leaving, boxes pulled out from under tables, and ballots being run several times through machines.
Deleting videos doesn't make people forget.

No double standard. All of the things you mentioned were looked into and were debunked. If they were legitimate, there would have been further action taken. AG Barr and the Republican AGs in those states would have been more than willing to take action if any of that were true

Con 2: Because they deleted the video of the ballots being run through multiple times.

Seems the video is still out there and even if it weren't, it was viewed and debunked

This article is a bait/switch. They debunk "the video" and then write about a video that isn't the one from Georgia, but Michigan instead, which I am not familiar with.
Very underhanded from AP.

If you prefer, there are many other legitimate news organizations that have debunked these as well. And again, it's not just them - courts, Trump's family, staff, lawyers, and appointees (save for a couple people like Rudy) have admitted the same

You are free to link any "debunks", and I'll do my best to pick them apart.
In the end though, realize that your arguing for me to pretend that I didn't see something, because a news article says so.

Which video are you referencing?

Ah, I found a piece of the ballots being run several times. It's not the original though, and is not as clear for some reason; but this alone is enough to call foul, but instead we are hearing about a phone call.

OAN paid out a settlement to these two women due to this video clip. They also had to share on air that the women did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct

The supposed "rescanning" was also explained by Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling, a republican rev.com/blog/transcrip
