Not just that they reopened the investigation but Comey Announced that they were doing it! If that wasn't intended to sway the election I don't know what it was

It was all a political smear against Mrs. Clinton. Comey buckled under political pressure by the GOP. Sometimes I think he was more involved with the GOP takeover the country than thought. It all came to the surface with the tea Party. GOP = takeover the government + greed.
