Nope. Not even a little. The easiest way to cheat in an election is to purge eligible voters from registration rolls, open fewer polling sites in certain neighborhoods, and make black & brown people stand in line for several hours to cast their votes.
Yes and make people travel over 10 miles to a polling place and then persecute bus companies for laying on transport to polling places.
But its ok for republicans to harass voters.
