Graduates of the Cornerstone will be able to serve as principle advisors  advisors, who are educated in organizational behavior theories, philosophies, techniques, and practices required to advise and assist battalion/squadron level commanders, and who possess the competencies and ethical grounding to serve in senior leadership positions.
