Gangneung Arena is an indoor stadium where a short track and a figure skating competition were held during the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. It was designed like a short track athlete helmet to have an originality as the Olympic Legacy, and its exterior smooth curve presents the beauty of figure skating and the dynamics of short track. With 12,000 seats, it has two-story basement and four-story above ground. It is used for a variety of performances, events, and exhibitions as a complex cultural sports space. As the venue for the main events of the 2023 Gangneung World Choir Games, a variety of performances including the Opening and Closing ceremonies as well as the Awards Ceremonies will be held here. It is a very optimized place for all participants to feel the splendor of 2023 WCG at the Gangneung Arena where the Games begin, and to reflect on the meaning of unity through the ensemble.

The Gangneung Art Center built in 1993 was remodeled and expanded as the cultural complex in 2017 to provide various performances and exhibitions promoting the culture and arts of Gangneung and expanding opportunities for cultural enjoyment. It is a cultural space for citizens who operate arts education programs as well. During the 2018 Winter Olympics, it received a big attention as a world-class cultural space while hosting the best cultural events. It has large performance halls (about 970 seats) and small performance halls (385 seats), as well as exhibition halls where large and small exhibitions can be held. At the Gangneung Art Center, piano master Yuki Kuramoto visited Korea and held concerts. It is also the place where the world-class prima donna Sumi Jo's performance took place in 2019. A variety of performances, musicals, and symphony are held in Gangneung Art Center. It is the best place where choirs show off their best skills and enjoy the competition feeling like becoming a real professional in an elegant and luxurious atmosphere.

Gangneung City Hall newly built in 2001 has one-story basement and 18-story above ground. From the top of the building, it has the best view overlooking the downtown area of ​​Gangneung. The Gangneung City Hall Auditorium can accommodate 800 people and is used for commemorative ceremonies, award ceremonies, education, and cultural events. Gangneung Dano Festival Training Center was built in 2004 to inherit Danoje which is the National Intangible Cultural Heritage No.13 designated as "Human Oral and Intangible Heritage Masterpiece" by UNESCO on November 25, 2005. People enjoy Danoje anytime here by participating in traditional experience programs.
The training center consists of a main building (1 underground level, two-story above ground) and a performance building with 1,453seats (1 underground level and two-story above ground).
The main building shows the videos of the entire process of Gangneung Dano Festival. It is used as an educational space for the transmission and preservation of the Gangneung Danoje Festival.
The performance hall with 453 seats promotes not only traditional culture but also local culture and arts. It is a very suitable place for the small performance, so you can fully feel the sympathy between the choirs and the audience. In addition, you will be able to receive huge energy and synergy effects among the choir members participating in the competitions at the same time.

The Gangneung Jungang Methodist Church was first established in 1901. It has been newly built and relocated to its current location in 2009. It provides worship, and supports neighbors as well through various social contribution projects. The church operates an education hall and the main hall where a large chapel is located with a size of 1,000 seats or more. It is a place where all facilities and environments are optimized for the performance, and it is a good place for choirs to feel comfortable and sacred in choiring church music showing their best skills in competition.

The Gangneung Presbyterian Church was founded by gathering together in elders' house for the worship in 1960. The church which was established in its current location in 2000, has a large chapel that can accommodate up to 700 people. It is a very good place to raise the atmosphere for religious music choirs as it is equipped with an optimal environment for contesting church music.

The TG Hall (Thanks to God) belongs to the Gangneung Presbyterian Church and was built separately in 2010 as an educational center for nurturing healthy worshipers and raising next generations. It is also open to local residents by holding various concerts and performances. Like the Gangneung Jungang Methodist Church, it is a very good place to raise the atmosphere for religious music choirs as it is equipped with an optimal environment for contesting church music.

Gangneung-Wonju National University, the cradle of human resources with a 73-year tradition, opened the Haeram Cultural Center at Gangneung-Wonju University in 1996 to encourage students' cultural life and provide opportunities for Gangneung citizens to enjoy culture. With a total floor area of ​​4,820m2, it has a basement and two-story above ground, and consists of three spaces: a large performance hall with 988 seats for large-scale performances, Haeram Hall for seminars and small-scale performances, and an exhibition space. The Grand Performance Hall has been established itself as one of the complex cultural spaces of Gangneung by hosting concerts, various musicals, and theater performances by representative singers of Korea. Gangneung-Wonju University Haeram Cultural Center, full of youth, enthusiasm, and hope, is a romantic place to see college students' campus life as well.
