The decision to green-light Jan 6 was made the night of the 18th, after midnight when Michael Flynn was kicked out of the White House. Mark Meadows was still awake at 1 AM. Trump Tweeted at 1:42 AM - and the Capitol attack was on. Meadows knows. And he hid texts from those days.
