Bias and Stereotype Threat” is being offered. This webinar will discuss how implicit bias—associating stereotypes without conscious knowledge—affects hiring, promotion, mentorship and productivity. The program will focus on defining these stereotyping phenomena, tools to retrain our brains to reduce bias and ways to overcome implicit bias and stereotype threat.
