Residential deals: Where were the most expensive properties sold in Dubai in 2019?

Arabian Business has teamed up with Property Finder to list the most expensive residential real estate deals in Dubai in 2019

Experts have warned of a sluggish real estate market in Dubai over the last 12 months, but that hasnโ€™t stopped some record transactions taking place in the emirate.

Il Primo in the Opera District proved particularly popular with buyers, alongside the Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills.
