Sixteenth Loksabha an> Title: Motion regarding appointment of Shri Sanjay Dhotre, Shri Pankaj Chaudhary and Shrimati Santosh Ahlawat to serve as Members of the Joint Committee on Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2015.

 

श्री गणेश सिंह (सतना) : अध्यक्ष महोदया, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं ः  “कि यह सभा श्री संजय धोत्रे, श्री पंकज चौधरी और श्रीमती संतो­ष अहलावत को भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (दूसरा संशोधन) विधेयक, 2015 संबंधी संयुक्त समिति के सदस्यों के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए, श्री एस.एस. अहलुवालिया, श्री पी.पी. चौधरी और श्रीमती कृ­ष्णा राज, जिन्होंने मंत्रियों के रूप में अपनी नियुक्ति हो जाने पर संयुक्त समिति से त्यागपत्र दे दिया है, के स्थान पर नियुक्त करे।”   HON. SPEAKER: The question is:

“That this House do appoint Shri Sanjay Dhotre, Shri Pankaj Chaudhary and Shrimati Santosh Ahlawat  to serve as members of the Joint Committee on The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2015 vice Shri S.S. Ahluwalia,  Shri P.P. Chaudhary and  Shrimati Krishna Raj resigned from the Joint Committee on their appointment as Ministers.”   The motion was adopted.

­­­ श्री गणेश सिंह: अध्यक्ष महोदया, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं ः  “कि यह सभा राज्य सभा से सिफारिश करती है कि राज्य सभा भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (दूसरा संशोधन) विधेयक, 2015 संबंधी संयुक्त समिति के सदस्यों के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए राज्य सभा के तीन सदस्यों को, राज्य सभा से सेवानिवृत्त श्री जयराम रमेश, श्री शरद यादव और श्री राजपाल सिंह सैनी के स्थान पर नियुक्त करने के लिए सहमत हों और संयुक्त समिति के लिए राज्य सभा द्वारा इस प्रकार नियुक्त सदस्यों के नाम इस सभा को सूचित करे।”   HON. “That this House do recommend to Rajya Sabha that Rajya Sabha do agree to appoint three members of Rajya Sabha to serve as members of the Joint Committee on The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2015 vice Shri Jairam Ramesh, Shri Sharad Yadav and Shri Rajpal Singh Saini retired from Rajya Sabha and do communicate to this House the names of the members so appointed by Rajya Sabha to the Joint Committee.”   The motion was adopted.
