The Board of Estimate, by a vote of 14 to 2, ratified at its meeting yesterday morning the action taken the day before in awarding to the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Company all the new transit lines embraced in the McAneny report, with the exception of the Seventh Avenue Subway from Times Square to the Battery and the subway connection through Forty-second Street from Times Square to the Steinway Tunnel.
