Who We Are

St. Vincent Emergency Physicians, Inc. has been an independent, democratic, physician owned Emergency Physician group serving Northern Indianapolis since 1970.

Our group is intimately tied to, but not owned by St. Vincent hospitals located throughout Indiana.  This gives us significant ability to be engaged in our own administration of healthcare, and has allowed our physicians to be extremely active and engaged in our hospital centers.  This also affords us significant stability and low turnover rates as our physicians are extremely satisfied with their work environment and have a vested interest in their colleagues. 

Our group has expanded to serve 5 main St. Vincent hospitals on the north side of Indianapolis, two hospitals in both Greenfield and Newcastle, IN, and several critical access hospitals in Central Indiana.

We now employ and utilize PA’s, an expanding program to continue to move us forward in the advancing medical milieu.

Our flagship hospital, St. Vincent Indianapolis, serves as a Level One Trauma center, a vital teaching hospital, and a central core to our practice.
