Biography

During World War II Adone Stellin played with Udinese and Padova. He débuted in the Italian Serie A on 12 October 1947, playing with Genova CFC against US Alessandria. He later played from 1948-50 with AS Bari, playing in 58 matches under the renowned Hungarian coach György Sarosi. Stellin played in both matches for Italy at the 1948 Olympics, scoring on a penalty kick in the 9-0 victory against the United States.
