Austen G. Fox will offer a resolution to the Bar Association next Tuesday asking that a commission of three Justices of the Supreme Court be appointed to investigate the advisability of building a Court House up town. Many members of the Bar Association are taking an active interest in the agitation, and it is said the scheme is favored by many of the Justices of the Supreme Court.
