After your initial pre-planning orientation, The Bell Tower on 34th offers primary ‘Day Of' services with your wedding venue rental agreement.
You are hosting your event at one of the best wedding venues in Houston, TX and you are reserving your coordinator and their professional services for your added peace of mind.

These are the primary duties of the wedding venues coordinator:
As part of the planning process, she will explain our value offer with options and answer any questions throughout the event planning process.
You get up to two one hour wedding details meetings to finalize your floor plan, timeline, and catering selections.
Your wedding day coordinator will also work with your wedding planner (if you have one) and be responsible for taking notes about your event to ensure our system is updated for the delivery team.
Your coordinator will schedule and attend your ceremony rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party during that time.
Additionally, your wedding day coordinator will deliver tasting remarks to the culinary team so the food is perfect on your big day. (Attending the tasting is on a case by case basis, more importantly Chef's hand-picked team facilitates tastings).
Your wedding day coordinator will recommend profesional Houston wedding vendors who can provide wedding decorations, advise you on the design of your floor plan and create one for your approval, and make sure the delivery team provisions for your exact guest count.
Wedding Day, your day of coordination includes: Arrive at the wedding venues event space prior to vendor load-in, direct vendor load-in and table setup.
Meet with Chef and catering manager 15 minutes prior to the event starting.
Monitor the order of events, keep the team organized while you and your partner exchange vows during the ceremony, facilitate buffet or seated dinner service, and stay at the reception through cake cutting or dinner service.
If you brought them, your Day Of coordinator will make sure that we have your champagne flutes and cake knives and that our catering manager knows who to give them to at the end of the night.

Making Magic at The Bell Tower on 34th
One of the more creative wedding themes to play out at The Bell Tower on 34th was based on the Harry Potter books and movies.
For the wedding, which received local and national media coverage, the couple brought the world of Harry Power to life by recreating the Forbidden Forest and the Great Hall from the stories’ Hogwarts wizarding school.
Their décor elements, including floating candles, house seals, quidditch hoops, and wands, added to the magic of the event.
Our venue remains a perfect site for imaginative themes, including your own take on Harry Potter.
In fact, the theme is even more fitting for our venue these days when you consider the fact that the new role-playing game, Hogwarts Legacy, has a Bell Tower Wing, along with such intriguing facets as a bee zone, a magic classroom, and a flying class lawn, among others. The game is so detailed it even offers Revelio Pages and a field guide with information about its different areas. (Page 34/34 of the field guide includes information on the game’s Bell Tower Wing!)
