An interesting feature of a fairly active realty market yesterday were two deals on the east side for high-class private residence improvement. One involved the purchase of a plot adjoining Henry C. Frick's new home by Harold B. Thorne, Vice President of the Bankers' Trust Company, while the other was the purchase by I.
