Edward Lambert a'Beckett known as Ted was an Australian cricketer who played in four Test matches between 1928 and 1931. He played his first Test Match against the touring English at Melbourne from December 29, 1928 - January 05, 1929. And his last against South Africa, also at Melbourne from December 31, 1931 - January 06, 1932. He also played in 47 first-class matches for Victoria.
Ted a'Beckett passed away in 1989 at Terang in Victoria Australia and was buried in the Woorndoo Cemetery, Woorndoo, Victoria, Australia.
